Requirements are identified and initial concepts developed: the “collaboration and learning environment for value-based business model generation” is taking shape. Accordingly, the successful first milestone was celebrated by all project partners taking part in Paderborn. It is now clear, for example, that a digital business model in KLUG is always based on a sustainable understanding of value, which combines social, economic and ecological factors. Finally, a convivial barbecue in a relaxed atmosphere also encouraged the creative further development of business model examples.
