Heinz Nixdorf Symposium
The Heinz Nixdorf Symposium is an established, biennial event organised by the Heinz Nixdorf Institute that brings together researchers and practitioners to present challenges from industry, discuss contributions from research institutions and develop new solutions. The Heinz Nixdorf Institute has been a research centre within Paderborn University since 1987. Its research is based on the programme "Dynamics, Mobility, Integration: On the way to the technical systems of tomorrow". In teaching, the Heinz Nixdorf Institute is involved in many degree programmes at Paderborn University. Today, nine professors and 150 scientists work at the Heinz Nixdorf Institute.
