NALYSES 2025 project meeting

Last week was all about sustainability optimisation, as the project meeting for the NALYSES project of our Control Engineering and Mechatronics specialist group took place from 11-12 February. Over the course of two days, various presentations and meetings were held to discuss the results of the project to date, as well as the upcoming goals in dialogue with the participants and project partners.

The overall aim of the NALYSES project is to take a holistic view of the product life cycle using the example of this highly complex mechatronic product. A life cycle assessment (also known as a life cycle assessment) is to be used to create a digital green twin as the technological basis for sustainability optimisation.

Repairability and reusability at the end of the product's life, for example through material recovery, should be taken into account as early as the development process. The Heinz Nixdorf Institute simulates the utilisation phase of the headlamp and attempts to improve the life cycle assessment of this product life phase through various measures.

We wish you continued success with your work on the project!
