From 20 to 22 April 2026, Professor Wolfgang Müller from our "Circuit Technology" workgroup attended the Design, Automation and Test in Europe Conference in Verona, Italy.
The DATE conference is regarded as the most important European platform where experts from the fields of hardware and software development, test procedures and the production of electronic circuits and systems can exchange ideas. DATE emphasises both technological aspects and system solutions and covers topics such as ICs/SoCs, reconfigurable hardware, embedded systems and related software.
For his outstanding contributions to DATE over more than two decades, Wolfgang Müller was honoured with the IEEE TTTC Outstanding Service Award.
