Our System and Circuit Technology workgroup will be attending the CLEO (Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics) from 4 to 9 May and will be giving a presentation there. Christian Kress will present the paper entitled "High-Speed Mach-Zehnder Modulator with Linear Segmented On-Chip Drivers in Photonic 45nm SOI-CMOS Technology", which was written by Christian Kress, Tobias Schwabe, Martin Mihaylov and Christoph Scheytt. All participants are also part of the Institute for Photonic Quantum Systems at Paderborn University.

The Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics (CLEO) is the leading international forum for scientific and technical optics, uniting the fields of lasers and optoelectronics by bringing together all aspects of laser technology, from basic research to industrial applications.
