From 22 to 25 June 2026, Sabrina Plaß, a research assistant in our “Behavioural Economic Engineering and Responsible Management” workgroup, attended the Summer School on Responsible Capitalism in Venice.

There she presented the project idea “Fooling oneself: Mapping the conceptual landscape of self-deception in economics and management research”.

The Summer School focuses on academic exchange regarding sustainable development and shaping societal change towards a responsible economy. Participants discussed new approaches to the challenges of sustainability, democracy and social justice, and developed interdisciplinary perspectives on societal change.
