The International Symposium on Automotive Lighting will take place from 22 to 24 September 2025 in Darmstadt. The event offers a platform for dialogue between lighting engineers, road safety experts and regulatory authorities. The aim is to present the latest developments and research results in the field of automotive lighting technology and thus promote safe vehicle lighting.

Our research associate from the "Control engineering and mechatronics" workgroup, Niklas Fittkau, will be giving his presentation "Regulatory-compliant energy-saving potential for the passing beam of matrix LED headlamps" at the ISAL tomorrow.

The event is organised by the Laboratory of Adaptive Lighting Systems and Visual Processingat the Technical University of Darmstadt. It has been held every two years since 1995.
