Harshan Gowda Malavalli Nagaraju (System and Circuit Technology Group) was awarded the 3rd place for the Nachwuchspreis 2024 by "Freunde des IHP e.V." for his master's thesis on "Design and Analysis of PAM-4 Bang-Bang Phase Detector for High-Speed Half-rate CDR Circuit in 22nm FDSOI" on 20th June 2024.
The "Freunde des IHP e.V." association has been awarding a nationwide prize for outstanding technical and scientific bachelor's, master's, and diploma theses that support or complement the IHP- Leibniz Institute for Innovative Microelectronics ‘s research projects in the areas of materials research, semiconductor technology, and circuit and system design.
