On 30 January, the Executive Board of the Heinz Nixdorf Institute invited its employees to this year's New Year's dinner and looked back on the past year. With 24 doctorates, 118 publications and 186 Bachelor's, Master's and student research projects, Professor René Fahr, Chairman of the Institute's Executive Board and Head of the Behavioural Economic Engineering and Responsible Management department, drew a positive balance from 2024. The estimated third-party funding of around 6.6 million euros for 2024 can also be emphasised positively.
At this year's Heinz Nixdorf Institute New Year's Dinner, the Chairman of the Executive Board, Prof Dr René Fahr, warmly welcomed all new employees.
He was particularly pleased about our new "Data Science" specialist group and also warmly welcomed them to the institute.
In a relaxed atmosphere, the New Year's dinner provided a good opportunity to exchange ideas and make new contacts.
