The lecture gives an introduction to analysis and design of analog and digital circuits. It builds on the lectures "Semiconductor Devices" and "Materials for Electrical Engineering".

  • Elementary analog circuits
    • Transistor equivalent circuits, DC analysis, AC small-signal analysis
    • Single-transistor-amplifiers, differential amplifiers, operational amplifiers
  • Elementary digital circuits
    • CMOS-Logic
    • Design of sequential circuits
  • Application examples
  • Simulation of analog and digital circuits
