Objectives of the seminar "Innovation and Development Management"

Innovation and development management forms the process of the first product or business idea up to the successful market entry.
The participants have got to know relevant methods and techniques and deepened this knowledge with a concrete project. They are able to cooperate efficiently under pressure of time and to present working results convincingly in the team.
