Objectives of the exercise "Innovation and development management"

The participants and female participants have cooperated in the planning and concreation of a concrete product. They know the relevant methods like the technology portfolio, creativity technologies and specification technologies for the description of the concept of mechatronic systems.
Further they have been trained to present the results of working for enterprise management level. The practise imparts in combination with the lecture leadership competence for R&D divisions in enterprises.
