Objectives of the lecture "Strategic Production Management"

The students have an overview about the methods of strategic management of producing industrial enterprises. They are able to think strategic and to draw the necessary conclusions for increasing the competitive ability of industrial enterprises. They know how to plan and put complex restructuring projects in the industry into practice. They are able to develop business-, production- and technology-strategies for industrial enterprises. The lecture imparts, together with the exercise, corporate management expertises.
