Objectives of the exercise "Strategic Production Management"
The participants have collaborated in the development of a corporate-, product- or technology-strategy for industrial enterprises. They know all relevant methods, like scenario technique, portfolio analysis etc. Furthermore they are trained in presenting their labour results at management level. The exercise imparts, together with the lecture, corporate management expertises.
